  Pam Sunderland, Owner and Business Development Manager

  Pam is a local owner and sales consultant with Payroll Vault.  She was a 30+ year veteran in the CPG industry servicing a wide range of large and small clients.  She understands the importance of customer service and personalized solutions to meet the needs of her clients.  She can work with you to develop a custom Payroll Vault package to meet your specific needs, and the needs of your employees. 

  Pam loves hiking and biking and spending time with her husband Mark and their two boys, Tyler and Ryan, and their dog, Wrigley.

  Heather Hall, Payroll Manager, FPC

  Heather joined The Sunderland Group in November of 2017 in the Bookkeeping department.  Her passion is payroll and moved over as the Payroll Specialist at Payroll Vault.  She is involved with all the responsibilities in helping to maintain client accounts.  Heather has over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, and excels at helping small businesses to maintain all aspects of Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable so understands how Payroll and reporting fit into the entire business planning process.

  Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Music and maintains an active piano studio in Erie.  In her spare time, Heather can often be seen Music Directing and performing in the orchestras and bands of various Theatre venues around Colorado. Family is very important to Heather.  She loves sharing her passion for life with her son and her dogs Kitty and Karma.

  Mark R. Sunderland, Owner and Operations Manager
